We do not offer return services; only exchange services are available.

Conditions for Exchanges:
1. Products received in a "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
2. Requests for exchange must be made within 2 days of receiving your item in case the product is damaged.
3. It is compulsory to record a video while opening your parcel as proof of its condition. Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or defective products will not be accepted.

How to Request a Exchange:
1. To request a exchange, please contact us at info.fitoor@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to 9426059261 with your order number and reason within 2 days of delivery.
2. Customers are responsible for arranging the exchange using their preferred courier service. We recommend using India Speed Post for return shipping.
3. For exchange parcel must be sent at the customer's expense to our address. forward/reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes:
1. Exchange requests will not be accepted if submitted after the 2-day window.
2. Stitched or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
3. Please send the tracking ID and order number to our WhatsApp number: +919426059261.
4. Exchange fee of ₹100 applies.
5. Reverse pickup by Fitoor incurs a charge of ₹150-₹250. Price varies based on weight and shipment amount.
6. An amount of ₹150–₹200 will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be processed as the refund.

Prepaid Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case a prepaid order is cancelled, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable payment gateway charges Min ₹50 from the total order amount.

The customer will receive the remaining eligible refund amount after the deduction of these charges.

Refund Process:
1. Refunds, if any amount remains after the exchange, will be processed via UPI or NEFT to the customer’s bank account within 7 days.
